Q: If you really have a song in your heart and you don’t feel a status with a single lyric will do it justice, nor do you want to go by way of posting the lyrics of a song in a note…is it socially acceptable to put a whole stanza of the song as your status?       -  hindered by the forces of song and dance
A: Wow, HBYFOSAD, a song in your heart? That. Is so. Beautiful. You’re…you’re a poet. So why are you stealing copyrighted material when you could be generating your own gorgeous ideas and blowing the minds of FB friends across the world? Sure, you could fill everyone’s home pages with Mariah Carey’s latest hits (if possible) or quote the genius of Seal in your status, but you wouldn’t be shedding any new light on their feeble minds. Get your pad and paper out and let the music flow from you. Then add me as a friend and unleash the status message magic so I can experience the ups and downs of your new career.
Love,
Lauren (your future number one fan)
